As the Customer Care Agent, you are in charge of answering phones, helping customers who call in solve the problems they are having and answering their questions as well as replying to customers or future customers on social media platforms.

Customers will be asking you about things like Rewards Points, coupon codes, trouble purchasing online, forgotten passwords, as well as the best products to use for their particular skin concerns. So you should be comfortable with computers, social media platforms, and the internet in general. Some knowledge of skincare would be a bonus, but we will also be training you in everything related to our specific products.
