SHIPPING

Shipping is busier than usual this year. With the closing of many brick-and-mortar stores, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control as they affect all mail carriers. We are continuously monitoring this situation and are updating our delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly.

All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your order is delivered to a location where it will be received promptly. Avoid having your order left outdoors or in a mailbox subject to extreme heat or direct sunlight as such conditions may compromise the quality and texture of your products. Remember, they're from Mother Nature!

If any of your containers or the package that it came in arrives hot, DO NOT REMOVE THE INNER CAP OR OPEN OR TIP THE CONTAINER. Simply give it a gentle shake & place it inside a refrigerator for a few hours. It will return to normal & function exactly as it would have prior to heat exposure.

FREE SHIPPING on orders of $95 or more.

Shipping methods are chosen at time of checkout.

Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day. 

You will receive a confirmation email following the successful placement of your order, with your order details, as well as an email after your order has shipped with tracking information.

For Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat rate of $25.00. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be shipped second day or overnight.

Shipping Restrictions

We apologize but at this time we cannot ship orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Also, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order.

RETURNS

Our goal is to provide super high-quality products that are great for you. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products, but if not, we will accept any product for a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. We do not refund initial shipping amount, if any. We will provide return labels only for Domestic orders at this time.

Skincare bundles (Duos, Trios, Sets) are not eligible for partial refunds or returns. Bundles must be returned in full within the returns period to be eligible for a refund.

If you would like to return your product, please send an email to: contact@inyourfaceskincare.com with your order number and/or the email you ordered it with and we will initiate the return.
