I am 50 yrs old, have very dry menopausal mature skin and started using IYF Marine Pearl Cream about a week ago after being using relatively good high priced mainstream moisturizers for a couple years now and my first reaction was a huge "what the heck" not in the best way, let me explain... I didn't read the instructions so this reaction was all on me. I scooped way to much product and it took forever to blend in my skin. Now fast forward to the following days after actually reading the instructions on the jar I am in love like with every other product I own from this brand. Just a small amount warmed between your fingers is enough to cover your face and neck. It's moisturizing but yet not oily or sticky. It absorbs quickly into your skin leaving a filter like effect that I cannot explain. I only wear mascara, a bit of blush and lip stain with a balm on a daily basis to go to work and I feel so good about my bare skin. Denice, I don't know how you came up with this formulation but I thank you for sharing your talent with us mortals.

I'm a young Italian man with very oily, sensitive skin, and I never used to care much about that before I met my wife. You know, I would do the typical guy thing, washing my entire face and body with just a bar of soap and using a combo shampoo and conditioner - with NO skincare products whatsoever. She convinced me to start taking better care of my skin, though, and since then I've actually been sticking to a strong skincare routine and my skin looks better than ever... But, thanks to my genes and the natural oil production they bring, I still deal with semi-regular breakouts, dryness, and irritation. Add to that the fact that I live in the most humid part of the freaking country, and I typically don't even bother with moisturizers since they leave me feeling greasy afterward. But this cream... This cream blew me away. Usually washing or rinsing my face in the morning will get rid of the grease, but it tends to be back by lunchtime. I only used a little bit of the Marine Pearl Cream, but the SECOND it touched my skin I felt like I wasn't greasy anymore! It left my skin mattified and it stayed that way all day long! I also apparently had a "soft pearly glow" as my wife told me when I got home, and I even noticed that my pores weren't as... Well, noticeable. I love this cream.

I prefer this over the in your face regular skin cream. It’s not as greasy.

I've loved Denise's products for years, "the cream" has always been so good to me I hadn't tried the marine pearl cream until very recently. I can't believe I missed out for so long! It's INCREDIBLE! It It is magic! Can't say enough good things about it. It's exactly the matte vibe I like, it softens my face and absorbs perfectly. Using this as a day cream and the "cream" overnight has seriously upgraded my skin. It reduces the redness of my psoriasis and rosacea, leaves me feeling soft and glowing in the morning. No allergic reactions, and I love the subtle pearl shimmer!

To give an idea to anyone who hasn't tried it yet - the feeling of this cream reminds me somewhat of the old "heavy controlling lotion" from Laszlo before they stopped making it - but this is much cleaner and actually more effective, and it moisturizes rather than drying the skin too much while still managing to give you that matte effect when it absorbs. 10/10 will never have this cream out of my routine of subscriptions! Denise works magic with these products.
