A: Spicules are tiny, natural, needle-shaped particles derived from marine sponges. They’re microscopic (you can’t see them), but when massaged into the skin, they create ultra-fine micro-channels in the top layer. like a gentle at-home “liquid microneedling” effect until they naturally shed with normal cell turnover and exfoliation.
