How quickly will I get my order?

We strive to have every order packaged up and ready to ship within 24 business hours.

We don't have our own shipping like Amazon, so we rely on the USPS and they come every business day at Noon to pick up the orders from the day before.

We're in the Tampa Florida area, so orders to the Southeast normally deliver within a couple of days. California and Washington state can take up to 5-6 business days, depending on how bust the USPS is.

All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your packing label is printed.

We’re a small, family-run company and pay more for our high-quality herbs and oils because we are not buying them in huge bulk quantities, because if they sit around, they lose their effectiveness. And without using inexpensive filler ingredients that increase the shelf life to 3 - 4 years, our formulas are filled only with high-quality, fresh botanicals and actives, so they have a best shelf life of approximately 18 months.

That’s why you probably won’t see us in big retail stores. 😊

Also, the processes we use to create our products (especially THE CREAM) take longer than most brands, and that’s so we can get the most from the active ingredients we use. We make only what we need and have almost zero waste.

It is a more expensive way to produce, but we feel (and our customers seem to agree) that it's worth the investment.

    What can I say.... Such an amazing touch to have a clay bowl made by a local to use to mix up the most amazing IYF mask. These are limited and surprise they haven't sold out. Go get your bowl.

    Pretty and Delicate. It makes it feel like a luxury experience

    This is the perfect size to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. The product your putting on your face is high quality why shouldn't the whole experience feel that way? It has grooves so it doesn't slip out of my hand. This lives in my bathroom and is so pretty to look at, it is a nice reminder when the next time to use it is and how good my skin feels.

    Helpful and Beautiful

    I cant stop holding this bowl in my hand! I would usually use a tupperware bowl and I had no idea how much more I want to do self care when I like the tools I have! And this bowl has made the whole experience easy to use, fun to mix and a dream to clean up! I even add other liquid to it to mix with the mask like honey and some brewed mint tea. ANd it cleans up easy and looks so pretty in my bathroom. Thank you for making this beautiful piece of art!

    Now I can't wait for mask days!

    Masking is the part of my skincare routine that takes longer, tends to be messier, requires more counter space and I'm gonna be honest...I usually put it off.

    I got the HOLIDAY RADIANT DETOX SET which includes this bowl, the RADIANT DETOX MASK, and a few other items for a perfect masking experience. The bowl specifically is soooo perfect. It was made specifically to be able to house the entire RADIANT DETOX MASK container when not in use...so perk 1 it saves space, which I LOVE. Perk 2: the shape of the bowl makes whisking the mask into a mousse-like perfection easy and nothing can spill or fly out because of the clever shape. Perk 3: Now that I have a special masking treatment bowl that's beautiful and sits adorably on my counter, it actually makes me WANT to use it. And I HAVE been using it. It's actually my new favorite ritual. I've gone from putting off masking ALL THE TIME to it being my favorite skincare activity that I actually look forward to. All because of a bowl.
