The first cleanser helps to purge oily impurities such as makeup, sebum, and SPF, therefore, it needs to be oil-based. Our MANDARIN MELT CLEANSING BALM contains oils such as organic coconut oil, almond oil, and more to immediately dissolve impurities on contact.
The second cleanser removes residue from your first cleanse while drawing out water-based impurities like sweat and dirt, so it should be gel or water-based. Our gel MOISTURIZING WASH contains aloe, red sea algae, green tea, and chlorophyll to gently whisk away any residue left by your first cleanse while depositing nutrients to renew your skin.

Step Two: With your fingertips, massage the balm into your skin melting away makeup, dirt, sebum, and SPF.
Step Three: Apply our Moisturizing Wash and massage with your fingertips.
Step Four: Rinse your face and pat it dry with a soft, clean washcloth or towel.

We don't have our own shipping like Amazon, so we rely on the USPS and they come every business day at Noon to pick up the orders from the day before.
We're in the Tampa Florida area, so orders to the Southeast normally deliver within a couple of days. California and Washington state can take up to 5-6 business days, depending on how bust the USPS is.
All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your packing label is printed.
