This video was shot before the pandemic, but you can still do the same thing even while wearing a mask! I travel a lot which means I sit a lot. I am at my computer working a lot which means I sit a lot. I drive to all my appointments which means I sit a lot. Basically, I sit a lot. So when I can do the opposite, I take advantage of the opportunity to reverse the painfully unhealthy activity of "Inaction" and "Stagnation" to this body. I choose to find exercise in the moments in between - I call it Finding Free Exercise. And stairs are some of the best!
