Q: What are the most common skin concerns you see at your spa for women over 40?
A: Saggy jaw, lines, and jowls.
Good skincare and even botox can handle the upper face, but loose skin is an inevitable part of aging. I've been delivering Cryo-facials to tighten up the jaw and neck area and even help minimize rosacea. Microcurrent treatments also help with tightening and line minimizing.
The myolift mini QT handheld device can be used at home 2-3 times a week.
Favorite IYF Product: Your PHYTO-BIOTIC BALANCING TONER ESSENCE is perfection! Most women over wash their face and you really only need a good toner rinse in the morning (if you’ve done a good bedtime cleanse!)

Q: Besides your very clean eating habits, what treatments do you personally find effective for mature skin?
A: I have found PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Vampire Facials the most effective non-surgical treatment for decreasing pore size, tightening, and smoothing skin texture. Your own plasma is drawn and microneedled onto your face adding stem cells from your own body for lasting effects and low risk.
If you are on a tighter budget, microneedling alone without the plasma can also provide great skin rejuvenating benefits.
I also swear by drinking low molecular weight Liquid Collagen daily.
Favorite IYF Product: The CREAM - I recommend it to all my clients! It's transformed my skin. No joke. And also, your new baby, the MANDARIN MELT is the bomb! I have oily skin so I never would have thought that it would become my top favorite cleanser.

Q: What are the “Holy Grail” of anti-aging ingredients that you recommend in formulations?
A: Vit C is a daily must-have for skin. Alpha hydroxy acid like Glycolic acid for exfoliating and cell renewal, and Hyaluronic Acid for moisture retention are all time-tested powerhouses.
As an organic and natural skincare formulator, green tea and niacinamide are two of my favorite antioxidants to include as they work well with other actives. Of course retinols are very popular and I've been loving creating serums with the plant-based alternatives to retinoids to address hyperpigmentation and skin rejuvenation.
Favorite IYFS Product: Your PLUMPING SERUM because it’s loaded with all my anti-aging hero ingredients with high concentrations of actives. It's definitely one of my go-to’s to help fade age spots.
